Soccer Skills Workout
Bo Jelovac is a professional soccer player, and a captain of Utica FC. Bo is also a business owner and operates Bo’s Skills Academy, training the youth soccer skills.
In the video Bo takes you through a set of soccer drills that can be done anywhere with a limited amount of space. These drills are not only for beginners, but also a great way to get some cardio exercise for those with experience. Equipment needed: soccer ball (or any ball), and a cone (or a water bottle).
