Boxing Fitness Workout
Shane Manley takes you through a boxing circuit. We are starting off with a warmup, then 3 x 3min rounds of boxing/conditioning exercises. Finally we finish off with 3 min of interval jumprope. Once the workout is complete, we cool down to prevent blood pooling and to ease out of the HIIT workout.
NO EQUIPMENT NECESSARY: If you do not have a boxing bag/gloves, you can shadowbox. If you do not have a jumprope, you can do high-knees instead.
